8-Week Study: Low Back Pain

Electro Neuromuscular Facilitator: A New Approach in the Treatment of Low Back Pain

Low Back Pain Study

This was an 8-week study with 15 patients

Highlights:

  • 13 of 15 patients had chronic low back pain for more than 6 months

  • 12 of 15 patients had tried other therapies with no lasting results

  • Soreness decreased 58% on average after 1 treatment

  • Soreness decreased 84% on average after 4 treatments

  • Soreness decreased 92% on average after an average of 8 treatments

Perceived pain levels were lower after subjects received their first treatment with the ENF and significantly decreased after completion of the treatment plan. This improvement leads us to believe that the MMTR/ENF protocol is an effective tool in the treatment for LBP.
