Tired, Foggy, and Frustrated?
Let’s Talk About Long COVID Recovery
You thought your bout with COVID was over, and yet your fatigue and exhaustion persist. Worse, your medical tests show that everything looks normal, and you may have even been told that your symptoms are all in your head.
These are common experiences for people with Long COVID, who come to Moore Myoworx feeling dismissed or misunderstood. We recognize how incredibly frustrating this experience can be, but we’re here to reassure you: there is a path forward.
Understanding a Greatly Misunderstood Condition
Long COVID, also called post-viral syndrome, develops after a COVID-19 infection. It causes several symptoms that can affect multiple systems of the body, and it lasts for weeks or months. People with long COVID report struggling with:
- Brain fog
- Fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest
- Rapid heart rate
- Dizziness
- Headaches or migraines
- Muscle weakness
- Shortness of breath
- Sensitivity to light or sound
Part of what makes long COVID so difficult is that medical tests often come back normal, causing many people to doubt their own experiences. However, your symptoms are real, with real underlying causes.

What’s Happening in the Body During Long COVID?
Disruption to the Nervous System
Neuroinflammation
Reduced Blood Flow and Oxygen Delivery
Post-Viral Muscle Dysfunction
A Different Approach to Long COVID Recovery
With so many body systems involved, Long COVID can be tricky to manage. Symptoms often change from day to day, and traditional care typically treats them individually.
At Moore Myoworx, we take a different approach. Instead of chasing symptoms, we center care on identifying and correcting the root causes that drive them. We use specialized therapy techniques to restore proper blood flow, reduce pressure on your nerves, and improve communication between your brain and body.
Furthermore, when you work with our team, you’ll never be rushed or dismissed. We’ll create a customized care plan built around your symptoms, tolerance levels, and overall recovery goals.

Key Ways We Help Manage Long COVID
We Address the Nervous System
Because many Long COVID symptoms are tied to nervous system imbalance, we’ll help calm and restore this system. Treatment may include:
- Breathing strategies to regulate heart rate and oxygen levels
- Gradual exposure to movement to rebuild tolerance
- Techniques to reduce overstimulation (such as light, sound, or motion)
We Work with You To Improve Energy and Reduce Fatigue
Fatigue in Long COVID is linked to how the body produces and uses energy. We can address this issue with:
- Guided exercise progression based on your tolerance
- Rest-and-activity balance strategies
- Movement patterns that improve circulation without overloading your system
We Support Better Brain Function
Brain fog is one of the most limiting long COVID symptoms. It can make your mind feel cloudy or unfocused, hindering day-to-day activities. We’ll work to address this problem through:
- Cognitive exercises to improve focus and processing speed
- Movement-based therapy that stimulates brain activity
- Strategies to reduce inflammation and improve blood flow to the brain
We Help Put You Back in Control
Understanding your condition is key to improvement. You’ll learn:
- Why your symptoms are happening
- What triggers setbacks
- How to manage flare-ups at home

“Moore Myoworx changed my life and I am eternally grateful.”
“I struggled with symptoms I attributed to previous head injuries suffered during competitive contact sports throughout high school and college. These symptoms became more prevalent towards the end of college and after graduation, as non-contact, sudden movements seemed to trigger them and would last for weeks or months – nothing I had ever experienced with a typical concussion. I found Moore Myoworx through a referral from someone else they had helped and it has changed my life. The diagnosis, understanding, and treatment were more impactful than I could’ve hoped for. During my 2 week session I saw little improvement which was discouraging. I kept up with the exercises and a few weeks later it became clear that they had found the solution. I am 5 months out and feeling great, and even better I now know how to address the issues if I have a flare up. I am skiing, playing basketball and moving worry free. Moore Myoworx changed my life and I am eternally grateful.”
