I was desperate for help; one day (in March 2025) I googled treatment for POTS (which I have done in the past to no avail) and came across your website. At the time, I remember feeling too “sick” with horrible fatigue and brain fog to fully digest what I was reading. I heard a little voice that kept prodding me to return to the site, which I did (at this point I didn’t fully read everything except the info about POTS and its treatment success). I filled out a form wanting me to upload this and that: I could barely hold my head up, much less get on the computer to accomplish this task. Then YOU called me; explained the program (wasn’t assimilating much of what you said, but I felt like you were VERY knowledgeable and your words gave me HOPE that I would indeed get better with your program). The next day I was being evaluated by Brennan; I remember looking at his table and all I wanted to do was lie down. I also remember crying, saying I had no quality of life the way I was feeling. Again, I felt like he was onto something and I “joined” the two-week program starting almost immediately. Then I met you along with your “angel” touch and demeanor, and I was “sold.” I also remember crying after you taught me how to do the SCM activation/stretch because somehow I knew IMMEDIATELY that I was going to be “healed.”

For the past 2.5 years, I have spent a small fortune on multiple hyperbaric treatments, a functional medicine specialist, and a hundred different supplements. Nothing worked. I called it “long Covid” with neurological symptoms and probable adrenal fatigue.

As I mentioned, I developed POTS symptoms after my second bout of Covid in September of 2022. The symptoms were mild-moderate, and at first, I thought I was having mini-strokes when my balance was impaired. I was able to work but never felt “well” and felt tired ALL THE TIME. Then in October of 2023, I had a shoulder surgery which I should have bounced back from in a week. I did not; I was having syncope and multiple presyncopal episodes several times a day and was essentially bedridden for 3 months. I was able to RTW, but I was miserable; I was sleeping a minimum of 12 hours a day but NEVER felt rested. I literally worked and slept. I cried easily at least twice a day. I sought treatment, desperate for anything that could help. Prior to this, I was essentially quite healthy, with great energy and no comorbid conditions other than a frail spine.

As you know, I am fused from C2-T1 with my last C-spine fusion 5 years ago. I never had issues with it other than a “tight” neck, occasional muscle spasms, and occipital headaches.

In October of 2024, I sustained a freak accident requiring lumbar fusion L2-L5. Because the post-op pain was so severe, I noticed I was tending to use my neck muscles to help with mobility. I kept thinking the debilitating fatigue was due to the surgery; then around 3 months post-op, the presyncopal episodes became progressively worse associated with horrible bilateral ear fullness, SEVERE dry eyes, SVT for no reason (as an athlete, my normal resting pulse is around 50), tremors, HORRIBLE anxiety, and no appetite with minimal ability to focus or concentrate. I was still sleeping 12 hours a day without any improvement in the fatigue.

Starting in my 4th week of treatment (and I was diligent in performing your therapeutic exercises twice daily), I could tell something had changed: FOR THE BETTER. I was definitely less fatigued, clearer headed, ears had opened, and the intensity of the dry eyes had diminished. I am elated.

I actually have days now wherein I am 50-75% better!
